Data Clerk (Job Group H)

Maintain and update the database for the NVIP GAVI Program, ensuring accurate data entry, verification, and reporting. You will assist in reporting activities, collaborate with teams to achieve program goals, and ensure the confidentiality and security of data while preparing regular reports.

Accountant I (Job Group K)

Manage financial tasks for the project, including verifying and generating payment vouchers, reconciling accounts, and preparing statutory returns in compliance with tax laws. You will also maintain accurate financial records, assist in monthly bank reconciliations, and support reporting on cash flow, expenditure trends, and project assets to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Senior Project Accountant (Job Group L)

Lead the financial management of the NVIP GAVI Project, ensuring accurate accounting services, timely payments, and compliance with Gavi guidelines. You will advise stakeholders, prepare financial reports, and oversee project expenses to support successful immunization programs in Kenya.

Senior Finance Officer (Job Group L)

Oversee the financial management of the NVIP GAVI Program, ensuring budget alignment with activities, compliance with the Public Finance Management Act, and Gavi policies.
